Scope of Service
I provide supportive, non-medical services including Reiki, shamanic, healing, animal hospice and palliative care advocacy, and related offerings. These sessions are intended to support emotional, spiritual, and energetic well-being.
I do not provide medical diagnosing or treatment.
I am not a licensed counselor, and my services are not a replacement for counseling. These practices may be used alongside medical care or counseling< but never in place of them.
Confidentiality
Your trust is important to me, and all information shared with me, whether it pertains to the animal’s health, the family’s wishes, or any personal details, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. I will never disclose any information without your explicit consent, except when required by law, in cases where there may be a concern for safety, or with your care team.

Consultation Requirement
Before scheduling services, I require a free phone consultation. This ensures I fully understand your needs and we can identify the service that best supports you and your animal.
Payment Policy
Payment for all services is required in full prior to the scheduled session. Payments may be made through my website using the available payment methods. All payments are nonrefundable. if you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your payment may be applied to a future session. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, the payment will be forfeited.
Boundaries and Safety
To maintain the integrity of this work, I uphold clear professional boundaries. Sessions will be conducted with mutual respect, consent, and presence. If at any time I feel that another professional’s involvement would better serve you or your animal, I will communicate that with care and provide referrals when possible.
What to Expect
Sessions may include conversation, guided practices, energy work, or advocacy support.
The nature of each session will be explained before beginning, and you will always have the right to accept or decline any practice.
